I'm excited to announce Linda Marie's "The Beginning of Creativity Art Classes" HomeSchool workshop series begins next Tuesday 25th. Classes run every Tuesday 11:30-1:30pm or Wednesdays 12:30-2:30pm for 7 weeks, with an 8th week "make-up" session included.

In the beginning, God Created…
When God created the universe, He laid the groundwork for a unique language that has been used throughout the history of the world. This language allows people to express thoughts and ideas without using words. It is the language of Art!
Linda Marie has written The Beginning of Creativity to correspond to God’s story in the Bible. The 7 lessons allow students to experience God’s plan for creativity while allowing them to become familiar with the Genesis passage in a real way.
Dates: Students choose either Tuesday's or Wednesday's beginning January 25 and 26. Classes run for 7 weeks with an 8th week bonus "make-up" session. The art classes work out to approximately $10 per instructional hour. Please call Linda to make a reservation and to give your credit card information over the phone.

The Beginning of Creativity is a unique curriculum that allows students to unlock their creative potential by exercising their drawing skills. Students who participate in the course are amazed at their new found artistic abilities. And when they see the results on the paper in front of them, they are motivated to stretch themselves even further.
God encourages his people to stretch themselves.
God formed the different letters of the creative alphabet when he formed the world. He gave his first students, Adam and Eve, the opportunity to enjoy the beauty around them. The Beginning of Creativity uses the basic elements of design that God instituted at Creation to help students use the language of Art effectively.
Just as God created the world in specific steps, people go through different steps when they use creative energy. Linda Marie has written The Beginning of Creativity to correspond to God’s story in the Bible.
The 7 lessons allow students to experience God’s plan for their creativity while allowing them to become familiar with the Genesis passage in a concrete way.
The Beginning of Creativity includes seven lessons that closely follow the seven days of Creation.
Each lesson is designed to cultivate creative and artistic confidence!
Linda believes creativity is not a choice . . . . It is a Characteristic that God gave us at Creation!
We are creative because God created us after his image and God Is the perfect Creator.
Because of Satan causing man to fall, our natural creative instincts were damaged for a while.
But, when Jesus left the earth and sent the Holy Spirit to guide believers on earth, our creative connection was restored. The Holy Spirit is the Power behind our Creativity!
Genesis 1:1 says “In the Beginning…the earth was
Empty -meaning: containing nothing, wanting force or meaning, void, hollow and senseless
and had no Form -meaning: no shape or appearance, no method of arrangement or style
Darkness -meaning: the absence or lack of light covered the deep
and God’s Spirit was hovering -meaning: to stay in the air without moving very far from the spot over it”
This is the description of existence before God’s breath.
It also describes the un renewed mind.
“Then God said, Let there be -meaning: exist, take place happen, transpire, come about, situated or located Light…”
God made the Command - the Holy Spirit’s power made it happen.
We have with in us that same power to create -meaning: to bring into existence out of nothing Just like it says in Romans 4:17 & Mark 11 !
When we accept the reality of our Creativity, we naturally want to find our how it works. This is where skill and knowledge added to the power brings results!
The Beginning of Creativity art class is designed to bring skill and knowledge to this Magnificent Truth!
