Today we received an email from my son's art teacher. We are both very excited about the class.
The teacher has a wonderful way of approaching art that ties together God's creation of the world (as told in Genesis) into each week's studies. She sent this email and we are busy preparing for the class per her instructions!
Good Morning!Just a reminder that class begins in one week.I am really Excited to Draw and Create Together!Between now and then draw as much as you can.On the first day of class we will be studying Value and Drawing Black and White pictures.My challenge for you is to find a black and white picture of an animal. Draw it to the best of your ability and shade it in!Bring it to class with you next week for an art freebie! (artsy stuff to choose from)Memorize Genesis 1:1&2 for a second art freebie!!!!!
